1. Our Role: We are a Directory, Not a Booking Agent

The Inn Crowd is an informational platform and travel-planning tool.

We do not own, operate, manage, or contract with any of the bed and breakfasts, inns, or boutique properties listed on our site.
We charge zero booking fees and zero commissions. Every booking link on our platform transfers you directly to the independent property's native website and booking engine.
Because of this, any reservation, cancellation, refund, or customer service issue regarding a stay is strictly a matter between you (the traveler) and the specific property. The Inn Crowd is not liable for any disputes, damages, or experiences that occur during your travels.

2. Information Accuracy & Vetted Listings

We work hard to align our community and ensure our database maps out true, independent gems operating fewer than five locations. However, property ownership, amenities, policies (like pet-friendliness or breakfast details), and operations can change rapidly. While we strive for absolute accuracy, The Inn Crowd does not guarantee that all information is up-to-the-minute perfect. Travelers should always verify critical details directly with the property before booking.

3. Accounts, Itineraries, and Passport Badges

When you create a free account to save road-trip itineraries or collect digital Passport badges, you agree to provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login. We reserve the right to remove accounts or user-submitted content that is fraudulent, abusive, or used for commercial spam.

4. Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Data

Your privacy matters deeply to us. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party corporations or advertising networks.

What We Collect: When you sign up, we collect your email address and account creation date to manage your saved trips and passport features.
Marketing Opt-In: If you explicitly check the box to stay updated with travel guides and inn spotlights, we will use your email to send you our community newsletter. You can opt out of these updates at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
